Contacted Stefan following a recommendation to clean carpets and a sofa at a rented property. The job he did on the carpets was particular good and while he could not remove completely the heavy stains on the sofa, I was very satisfied with the results. Stefan communicated very well throughout, explaining the process, managing expectations and answering questions. I found his pricing very reasonable and that was before he also offered to remove some individual stains in other carpets free of charge. When moving out of my rental house the carpet was quite a state so I called in Number ONE Carpet cleaning to give it the once-over.
The results were way more than I expected and the cleaner was really friendly and very focused on his work.
The estate agent then wrote to us after the final review and said that the house was in a better state than when we moved in.
I will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to a few people who are also very happy with the results.

I would highly recommend Number One Carpet Cleaning, they deliver to very high quality standards.
Each step of the way I felt in good hands: Valentina on the phone was lovely to speak to, happy to help and making the process easy.
Christian our operator on the day was extremely efficient. I also appreciated the fast communication process between staff to clear up any questions.
The results of the cleaning are amazing, the carpet in our flat hadn't had a good clean in over 5 years and it looks like new again even after sustaining some bad stains from all sorts of spillage. The pictures before/after speak for themselves.
