I visited here last night and was sexually harassed and touched by someone in the bar. After telling the person that it is NOT okay to touch someone without their consent (no rudeness, just very bluntly telling them why it was wrong), the bouncer escorted me outside and left me on the door with two other bouncers who told me I’d had too much to drink.
I had not had a drink for over an hour, and no one would’ve said I’d had too much if I hadn’t confronted a man for touching me.
I’m absolutely disgusted that I was asked to leave and told I was acting inappropriately for speaking up for myself in a scary and COMMON situation for a young woman.
I will never step foot in this place again. I’m appalled at the door staff for treating me so poorly when I should’ve been looked after.
Just to add, this is the SECOND time, 2/2 times that I have been sexually harassed in this bar. Nothing was done.

Friendly staff and quick service.A variety of bagel based food ... the "burgel" was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Nice coffee shop, good food and nice enough staff. Nice drinks and variety. Good bagels. Has toilet in the back, provides water for dogs with inside and outside seating with a TV with news too. Suits Reigate and has something no other cafe in Reigate has, a licence for alcohol. I love the Oreo milkshake and can never go wrong with a bacon, lettuce and tomato bagel. More...

Urban Kitchen has a coffee shop and then Urban 9 (restaurant type cafe by day, cocktail bar by night) so I'll review them separately:Coffee Shop: The coffee provided here is without doubt the best coffee in Reigate. It is so smooth without a hint of bitterness. Even my wife (who hates coffee) will drink an Urban Kitchen cappuccino. They even put real chocolate flakes on top rather than the powdered kind at other chains. They also have a range of smoothies which are very good, however if you're after a quick sandwich they only do bagels (which take ages to come) and given they're so small with a hole in the middle are also very expensive.Urban 9: I've never been in the evening so I can only comment about this during the day. The service here is awful. I really want to like it as once your food arrives it is really good. However I'm not entirely sure what takes so long. Do not go here if you only have 30 mins for lunch. You need at least an hour. I've been a few times and everyone is in the same boat, sitting around waiting for their food to arrive. If they could fix this (the menu is large so maybe it's too much to handle?) then they'd be onto a winner.The overall quality of the food and drink here is good, however the service is slow and it is a little pricey.
