I am a dynamic, results-driven executive with 16 years’ business experience and 11 years’ senior level cross-sectional and intercultural exposure through all aspects of business development and professional learning. Experienced leader and adviser that utilises the insights and wisdom of teams to drive and implement organisational improvements through learning and development. Seeking to continuously grow and develop my skills and portfolio.

Whilst working as the chief engineer of an international airline, I designed and implemented a continuous learning program for 200 plus aircraft engineers, delivered over 5 locations. After this was implemented it proved to increase information retention of staff as well as reduce economic burden.

I took this concept and then designed and implemented an industry innovative Learning Management System (the first aviation LMS to include EASA Competency Assessment as a standard) to facilitate continuous learning modules and founded Nubis Aviation Training.

In the first year of running Nubis Aviation Training, I was fortunate enough to gain several awards for new business development as well as achieving an enterprise fellowship with the Royal Society of Edinburgh, funded by the Scottish Government. I have expanded the business model to include other industry 4.0 innovations (please check www.nubisviationtraining.com for more details).

My company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and I bring this project management and problem-solving philosophy through to all endeavours as well as my work as a non-executive director to help build technological and strategic roadmaps for scaling enterprises; helping companies’ save money on resources whilst increasing productivity.
