I see clients of all ages, both male and female with diverse health issues, working with them closely on an individual basis. Using the principles of functional medicine my main aim is to explore upstream root causes of illness, rather than merely suppressing downstream symptoms of ill-health, and therefore I work with my clients to alleviate and prevent illness and disease, as well as to promote good health, by making dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
