Billy was so warm and patient with us. From the time I talked with him on the phone to the time I have purchased the beautiful guitar he was extremely helpful every step of the way. We must have tried out every single guitar there. It took us about two hours to decide on which guitar to get. All of the them sounded so beautiful. I emailed LACG late last night because a student competing in CA on Friday broke a string and the replacement on his contrabasse.

I got a response back FIRST thing in the morning with nothing but ways to help, even offering to restring the contrabasse at the competition!
