What makes a great website?
A great website is one that serves the users need based on their route to arrival. For instance, if a user is looking to buy a lawn mower and they land up on a website selling lawn mowers that is local to them or within their price range - they will buy it.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We ask about the intent of the websites goals and objectives. Once we establish this, we can then develop a website that has the sole focus on serving the users who are likely to engage and convert with the website.
Describe your creative process.
We initially onboard all of our client with a questionnaire that gives us full insight into the brand, the history, the goals and objectives. We can then go away and put together a design proposal based on the critical information we know.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Again, we send out an on-boarding questionnaire that covers all of the requirements we need in order to begin the next phase of the process.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the clients reaction, beyond that we love seeing the results our work brings to the client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own way of thinking and my experience and knowledge within the industry I know and love.
