Impeccable service. I was contacted within hours of posting my job on Bark. They arranged a site visit for a quote the next day. The person quoting was informative and helped me to think about how to proceed and the quote he gave me on the spot was very reasonable. I was booked in to get the work done early the following week. The team of lads doing the job were also extremely knowledgeable about trees, efficient and skilled. I was having some doubts and concerns and they patiently talked me through my options and the pros and cons. In the end we proceeded as originally planned. They felled 3 trees and ground the stumps into sawdust which they used to fill the holes. They also pruned and shaped another tree and cut back my ivy. When you live in flats in central London, work like this can disturb the neighbours. But these lads made an excellent impression on the neighbours despite the noise. Some of the neighbours came out to compliment them on their work and indicated that they might want to hire them for their own trees. The guys turned up on time for both the initial assessment and the tree work. They were good value. They were thorough on the tree work and the clean up, both in our garden and where the cut offs fell into neighbours. I would def recommend.
