Jo and Jane were so welcoming at my first Daydreamers event at the beautiful Yanley Court. There was a palpable warmth and peaceful atmosphere in the room during our yoga session that was very soothing, doubtless created by Jane looking after us all with Reiki in the room. Jo took us through the poses in an informative and knowledgeable way, making sure that no one felt as if they had to do them a certain way or felt left behind or left out in any way. Each according to their own level and abilities. I loved the essential oil mix that was passed round to apply to wrists or wherever to help with the relaxation section of the morning. Every effort was made to make sure everyone was warm and comfortable to be able to relax completely as Jo took us all through a very effective visualization. I felt totally relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the two hours. The final touch to a very rewarding morning was a wonderful oat crunch topped apple and blackberry crumble with fruit from Jane and Jo's gardens. All totally vegan with coconut yoghurt and maple syrup to finish it off! A lovely group of people all needing to centre, ground and de-stress - and we did! Will definitely go again! Jo is an incredible teacher, I never got on with Yoga before but I am totally hooked since going to her classes. I used to be intimated by not being bendy/co-ordinated enough but she is really encouraging and calm, and I always come out feeling amazing! Also the yoga/meditation workshops she runs with Jane are fantastic. Most definately recommend! More...

I rarely write reviews, but I had to now. I can’t express how much I enjoy Jo’s classes. I started last September when I wasn’t in a very good place mentally, and it’s probably been the biggest help out of everything. I’m far from being any good at yoga, but the classes are so relaxed and Jo has such a pleasant demeanour, I can’t get enough now. It’s not too much to say they’ve improved my life massively. :) More...

I love Jo's classes! I learn a lot about my body, I am improving my health. I use to hate going to the gym just to do cardio, but I can wait each week to go to yoga, I think I found my sport!

I love going to Jo's class. She is such a passionate and experienced teacher. She always sets the room up before we arrive with candles,music and oils and creates an environment that allows you to really get the most out of your practice. She is really clear with instructions and adapts the asana's for everyone that requires it. If there were classes available everyday I would attend every single one. 10/10 More...

I’ve had pain in my hip for a couple of years, diagnosed by my GP as an arthritic right hip probably brought on by a sports injury in my youthful days. My doctor offered me anti-inflammatory painkillers which I refused (at 52 years I of age I felt I was not ready to start popping pills). Louise my wife has been going to yoga for a couple of years and has been preaching about the benefits since she started, so back in September 2017 I thought I might give it a try. I have never looked back. My flexibility and mobility have improved immensely and over six months my hip pain has steadily decreased to now being pain free.
Jo transforms the Failand village hall to create a great environment to practice yoga, this coupled with her experience and confidence manages to guide me through the stretch moves and poses and then back to relaxation with ease.
My only regret is, I should have practiced years ago! Thank you Jo. Keep up the good work!!

The most perfect start to my week, every Monday morning at Failand Village Hall! I arrive exhausted and leave feeling like a warrior, full of energy, calmness, enthusiasm for life and love to give to the week ahead!
