Booked this lovely company because of a recommendation. A great choice it turned out to be. Its a family run business. 5 family members work for the company, this was also a large factor for choosing them. They moved our 3 bedroom house from Bath to Chippenham in no time at all. arrived prompt at 8 o'clock as agreed and finished at 4pm even after an hour and a half waiting for the keys to be handed over. They said jovial throughout, great banter all day as well. Don't hesitate in choosing this company.

Absolutely fabulous. Rick and his guys turned up on time and worked their socks off to make our move as easy going as could have been expected. when it rained they didn't stop they carried on moving all our upstairs to downstairs so that as soon as it stopped raining they carried on. cups of tea and occasional biscuits are optional but look after them and they look after you is my moto and they did just that, not one breakage and all went like clockwork. this is the first review I have ever done but feel that they deserve it. I will recommend them anytime

We initially booked another removal company who we had used sometime ago before. We got badly let down by them 2 days before our move date, Im so glad we did otherwise we wouldn't have found them gem that is Now We're Moving. Rick & his team of 4 men were just fantastic. Not to mention Tony, who in his retirement does the quotes for Rick (The owner) He was very eloquent and knowledgeable on the quotation. We were put at ease and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had several items of furniture that needed assembling (which wasn't in the original price) and they put them all together for as fraction of the cost that we've paid before. The access to our second house isn't great, but they performed a human chain and emptied the vans in no time at all. I still don't know how they can squeeze all of our belongings into the vans like they do, its baffling. Given the speed of how the men worked, we were impressed that not thing got damaged... nothing. We said we'd never move again, but if we do, we know who we will be asking to carry out our removal.

Id like to thank the removal team for making the day bearable, as we are usually so stressed with the whole experience. This group of men made our day believe it or not, enjoyable! !! the banter was rife right from the off, we loved it, how people should be, happy at work, it makes the day go so much faster.
On a serious note, no damage to furniture or the house (something I can't say didn't happen on a previous move with another company)
Rick matched (well beat) the lowest price we received via email, they hadn't come out, Tony (Ricks dad) did though, and we liked that, more of a personal touch, and we felt that family business vibe throughout.
Mum, Dad, Son and grandson business, with a cousin and godson thrown in!. We have a lot of stuff the job took place across 2 days including the packing. It was completed in good time. everything put where we asked them to, even huge garden plants (trees) carried around the back garden and placed carefully on the patio. Some companies refuse to do this.
I will recommend to anyone I know who wish to move home.

These chaps were very efficient on the day of our move. The wife and I were very stressed as we hadn't had a great build up to the move day. These lovely gentlemen took every bit of stress out of us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We needed all the wardrobe dismantled all the beds & a cot. We also needed it all to be put together at the new house. Rick supplied an extra man for this, which all helped the man power on the day. Just to point out, Rick was the first to quote for me, the first to respond to our emails and telephone calls, that was a huge part of the reason for initially choosing them. There was several emails back and forth which was great for us as it gave us complete confidence in the company. They were recommended to us by a friend of a friend, and were well worth the money. Exemplary service.

Super moving experience! We have moved many times before, and this was up there with the best. Don't go for huge national companies, they do not take care of your possessions like a family run company does, this one in particular! .
We loved just how relaxed the boys were all day long, nothing phased them, they took everything in their stride.
We opted for the full packing service, and Im glad we did too. they packed the entire house up in 4 hours! I think it was around 70 boxes! Everything was placed exactly where we asked them to put it. They even had some suggestions of where certain furniture may look better in the room! A truly great little moving company. Thanks to Tony (for the quotation) Rick (for the pricing and continual contact throughout) and of course the 4 lads on the day: Luke, Nick Lee and Wayne. Highly recommended. Thanks, Hilary

Ricks team of Luke, Nick, Lee and Zak are a credit to Now We're Moving.
I chose this company because it is purely family run. Tony in his retirement and Ricks father, came to the house and was very thorough with his quotation, every question was answered with confidence. Rick emailed us the quote form within 3 hours of Tony's visit. The price was the best of the 4 we had.
Sandra (Ricks mother) was on hand to book in our removal, and was also very helpful with moving advice for us.
When the lads turned up bang on 8 o'clock, I then found out that Luke is Rick's son and Zak is Rick's God son! I really love this in a business.
The care that was taken was incredible, nothing was too much trouble.
The men obviously enjoy their job, they didn't stop laughing and joking the entire day!. Once again, id like to thank all involved in our move, which if we ever move again, won't dread it! Mr. Fisher

Mark & I would like to express our gratitude to a job very well done. We were so stressed before Rick and Tony (his father) assured us that they would look after us, and they really did. We originally emailed as a point of contact, within minutes we had a response from Rick. Tony then called to arrange a convenient date and time for the quotation or house survey they called it. The calculation was spot on, Rick said it was 1 lorry and 1 and a half vans, and he was correct! The access wasn't great, but with the extra man supplied, the lads stood in what looked like a human chain and the furniture literally came out of the house in a couple of hours. They supplied covers to protect the furniture. The wardrobe boxes made life really easy to move our hanging clothes.
They offered a dismantling and assembly service, we took them up on the assembly, as we dismantled the furniture the night before.
The lads were full of banter all day long, such a funny bunch of friendly people who looked like they really enjoy their jobs (god knows why!!)

I will recommend your company to everyone I know.

Rick and his team did an awesome job for us. They arrived 15 minutes early - we were ready! It rained solid all day, but no matter, as the lads kept everything dry with the covers they had on the trucks. They even had spare boxes as we ran out while packing. Luke, Nick, Lee and Justin were the crew who assisted Rick with great aplomb. The whole house was loaded by 1 oclock and we have a big 5 bedroom house! The keys were ready and the lads started straight away. the access isn't great at my new property, but they worked like ants and got the job done in really good time. All the beds were assembled, including a bunk bed by 5.30. we gave them all a £20 tip each as we felt they all deserved it. I have no problem recommending Now We're Moving to anyone........ Brilliant! We were dreading moving, but Rick and his team of Luke, Nick and Lee packed our 5 bedroom house up within 5 hours! !! 80 boxes. dismantled the wardrobes, and even loaded one van.
Not one thing got even slightly damaged, apart from the one glass that I tried to help pack!
Way too cheap too (toll them after of course!)
Will recommend to anyone.

My wife & I decided on Now We're Moving after obtaining 3 other quotations because we liked the fact that it is a family run business.
Rick was the first point of call, I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the removal business. Any questions I had was answered with confidence, which in turn, gave us confidence. Tony (Ricks father), was fantastic, what a lovely person, he came to measure up to see exactly what we required moving to our new house. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The quotation came through within hours of the house visit.

I chose Now We're Moving on the basis of a hunch, they had offered neither the cheapest or the dearest of 5 quotes; then they gave me a price match of like-for-like. The removal involved the contents of a 2-bedroom flat plus a similar quantity stored elsewhere, and delivery 110 miles away, in two vans. I was impressed by their (apparently) effortless, and good humoured loading and unloading, the stored items took one third of the estimated time to load. My own arrival at destination was unavoidably delayed and, contrary to my expectations, the team were patient and understanding, something I very much appreciated in the circumstances.
