We recently had 2 bathrooms renovated and updated as well as some additional work done by Novel Remodeling and we couldn't have been happier with the result. Working with them was an easy process for us, they were very accommodating and the cost was within our budget. Â David and his team were a pleasure to work with and his crew was awesome! Â Big shout out to John as well . These guys did fantastic work - the tile work was impeccable. Â They were friendly, easy to work with and on time every day, Monday through Friday. Â As in any remodel there were some minor issues/changes that needed to be addressed but they were always able to offer up solutions and/or a work around. Â The remodel started the middle of June and we told them we needed the work completed by August 1 ( family stuff...) They said they could do it and they did. Â Our bathrooms are beautiful. We feel that our experience with Novel Remodeling has to be spread around for everyone's benefit. We live in Sherman Oaks. Did some research on windows company in our area and were about to choose a local dealer who carried Plygem windows. We called Novel Remodeling and they told us they carry Plygem , too. The day that we got the windows from Novel Remodeling they showed us the warranty before we signed with them. So that was a good start because we wanted to know for how long do we get a hardware warranty. The  day of the installation they arrived on time. Everything looked professional and organized on their side. David and his crew did a terrific job on installation. If we keep the windows closed, we can hardly hear any noise and they look fabulous. We decided to go with Novel Remodeling to build a custom iron gate for my family's home. The job was done on 03/28/2019. Installation is one day but it takes about a week to make it. David and his team are amazing to work with!David explained everything along the way so we always felt informed and comfortable.Their work product is simply outstanding! We received five estimates, for insulating our attic. We decided to go with Novel Remodeling insulation the owners did everything that he said he would do.  He beat everybody's price also, of course what I liked. They did a thorough and clean job, as a matter of fact our AC installer also  commented what  great job was done in our attic. That was something that was unexpected to hear from someone else that has been in the AC industry for 25 years and it was a relief to know that our money was wellSpent . John was his lead man, they covered all our exposed furniture, they covered our floors,that were previously sanded, they covered in plastic from ceiling to floor the walls leading to the access areas, which we have two. Our home is 1650 ft.² and they did the job in eight hours I was amazed, the three other workers on their crew were very efficient and very careful, and everyone was doing something. I observe that they were sucking out all our old insulation, and as soon as they could get the bats up in the attic they were  installing the bats already, well they were still vacuuming out the old insulation. If you're looking for this kind of service give John a call he'll treat your home as if it was his own. We were truly satisfied and grateful, the way they protected our home. They constantly kept me informed about the progress, So I knew that everything was going according to the plan. If there were ever a tiny issue-- and there were few-- he was on it right away and let me know what the next steps were going to be. They took the time to explain what was to be done and why certain adjustments and changes from the original plan were necessary. There were a few bumps in the road of course, as is the case with any construction project, but each one of those was resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
