I offer one to one Nutrition and Health Coaching and Group Support, online and in person at the Beacon Clinic, Great Malvern. If you are taking your first steps towards supporting your health and wellbeing, coaching could be a good place to start. Improving your self-care and getting really good at making changes to increase your health and wellbeing takes time and practice, so it often helps to have a coach who can help you stay motivated, think outside the box and give you the confidence to stick with your plan.

I am a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist with experience of working with clients using a Whole Person Approach. This means I can support you in exploring and understanding how your Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions are interacting to create health or disease. I could work with you to develop a Self Care Plan that is meaningful and motivating to you, enabling you to successfully implement a dietary programme that will support your health. Many people find that their symptoms resolve or recede when they are taking better care of themselves. Because we are all individuals taking better care means something unique to you, it might involve incorporating regular relaxation into your life or dealing with stress or sleep issues, or focusing on having more fun or feeling joyful. It could also be about generating motivation for exercise and movement, avoiding processed food, caffeine or alcohol, nourishing yourself with anti-inflammatory foods, or eating a whole food diet with plenty of good hydration… it’s all about understanding who you are, what you are needing and what really matters to you in life.
