Tonight’s singing bowls meditation class with Jenn Prothero was incredible — it was my first class (ever!) and I am feeling grounded, calm, and uplifted. Cat is such a caring soul; her way of being is inspiring and she fosters such a comfortable, safe, sensitive space where you feel welcome and confident in your practice. Nourish is the perfect name for this studio because that is exactly what it does for everyone who goes there. They have something for everyone (from beginners to advanced) and the times are great too. If you haven’t tried the surfset class then that is a must - super challenging! I also love the vinyasa and happy hips. The 30 day yoga challenge is a great way to get hooked. I can’t imagine my life without this amazing studio with all the super caring and dedicated instructors like Cat, Jennie May, Liz, Jessica, Billy and Victoria just to mention a few. The atmosphere is ideal with all the large windows that surround you and the sun always seems to shine on me at some point during my practise. Everyone needs “Nourish” for their mind and body.
