Broadway is often hard to park on and that day it was true. Not until a couple of passes by this cafe did I find a spot about a block and a half away. Then seeing the board outside the entrance of Nourish did I learn that the garage behind it is public despite the sign that shows Hotel Parking. Perhaps a Columbia resident would have known this Also,it turns out, that bit of info is on their website so kudos for that. Ordered the pancakes with strawberry sauce and they were excellent. Hot off the griddle and the sauce, on the side, was warmed also. My cafe latte in a mug was also tasty and hot. Good seating it appeared,at tables and I enjoyed the counter facing Broadway street. Nourish has become my go-to lunch spot. The employees are always so welcoming and kind. The environment is clean and open. Also, kudos to the DJ because the tunes are always solid. This place is wonderful! Always a great energy and wonderful food. Broadway Bowl is a real fave. If you have gluten intolerance or dairy issues or care about organic, raw and locally sourced food this is the place for you. If you love great, creative, healthy meals, smoothies, energy squares, etc; again, this place rocks. I have had a ton of digestive issues and always feel great after eating here.
