Came here on a Friday night and had a great time! There was no cover charge and It wasn't too crowded so there was plenty of space on the dance floor. To check our coats it was $5 each. The bartenders (the two women) were also super friendly. The bouncers by the bathroom, however, were a little too friendly towards women. I had to wait in line like expected and instead of allowing me to walk myself in when I saw a stall become available, they would come up and touch me on the shoulder or grab me by the waist to direct me to the stall, as if I'm incompetent or theirs to touch. I REALLY did not appreciate this. My boyfriend also stood to the side of the line to wait for me and they pushed him back like he was doing something wrong. I frequent noto pretty often and its definitely the best nightclub around. They get huge headlining acts like dj mag number 1s dimitri vegas and like mike and Martin garrix. Yellow claw was just there thursday. I never had any issues with security or anything like that. Drink prices are pretty normal for a nightclub. I dont know what people are looking for there. Â Ive been to the ac nightclubs and eachostage and its all comparable. The sound system is really really good. The standard nightclub effects are in full force. Co2 cannons, confetti guns, and led lights. For a layout dj stage is in the front with two vips on either side. Dance floor is below it with vip areas on each side of that. The balcony is also open for shows as well if you dont want to be jammed in below. It does get pretty crowded. Martin Garrix was of course mad packed. Like most packed ever. NOTO is such a nice intimate club filled with good vibes and great workers. I had an amazing time when I visited to see Fisher for my friends' birthday(s)! ! The service workers kept everything clean and made sure we were attended to. I came here for my friends going away/birthday party and we had such a good time. We booked a table with Joe and he was a great host! I would highly recommend booking VIP through him. UPDATE 5/17/19****** Â 5 star 4/19 Sara contacted me from NOTO'S marketing and invited me back with 2 tickets to see Steve Aoki Which I declined due to the fact it was not what I had lost the initial visit with bottle service and vip access. We agreed on a different night with 2 comped bottled and a table. Â Upon arrival i was directed to the other door which I was greeted by the host I cannot remember his name however he was younger and pleasant vs your typical host at a club who's busy looking and rushing you in and pushy. We were directed to out table and greeted by our table host who was blonde I forget her name also but she was helpful, Dylan was also out table host he and other staff would always make sure we had everything that we needed constantly but not interrupting like most host or servers would be. Â overall the night was great and I couldn't complain about something even if I wanted too. This review was updated out of free will and they did not ask me to do so. I actually was sober the whole night due to no being able to drink due to medicine so the comped bottles did not compel me to write this. Â I still had a good time and will definitely come back. They have a pretty good selection of artists every night. I highly recommend pregaming before hand though because drinks at the venue are A LOT. Besides that I don't know why there's all the hate in the reviews. Another critique I guess is that it often gets super crowded during very popular artists, and when that happens you either stand in the back or find a table to hang out at. Go figure. More...

Better than I expected. My expectations for this club going in were very low due to the high amount of one star reviews but my experience was just the opposite. We saw dannic and the music was great. It was pretty loud, but it's a club so that's to be expected. One thing I did notice was that most people were dressed up, dresses for women and collared shirts for men. Noto is fulfilling a long needed gap in the Philadelphia club scene. Finally there is a venue with a quality sound system and lighting, and a real dj booth! The esthetics of the club surpasses anything else in Philadelphia at this moment. This club equates to Brooklyn’s Output, if you had ever been there. Also, the drink prices are reasonable. The only area for improvement that I have at the moment is that they need to have salt for margaritas. I seriously hope this is a sign that Philadelphia is developing a real club scene again. More...

Went here several times. ALWAYS make sure to buy tickets prior to any event on their website. I walked up to the door and they were trying to charge me $200 for a ticket I spent $50 on. This was right after they opened so the staff must’ve been trying to pull one over on people. Extremely rude customer service. Not enough bar staff. Female bar tender was rude so I didn’t tip her because a shot and mixed drink was $40. Drinks way too expensive and no menu with prices. Not well managed. Some positives, great dancing atmosphere. I went there after the Eagles parade and some rapper was there. He rapped over his own tracks. Sound system sucks but I was drunk so didn’t bother me. Pregaming is a must before going here especially when its packed. Lots of drunk people dancing and def a good time. I will be coming back since they do have different artists I dont see in other venues. Get it together Noto! So after reading all the reviews on NOTO I did not know what we were going to walk into last night... however it was great! Â We went to see Andrew Rayel, he was awesome of course. Â Everyone at NOTO was friendly, bartenders were great, didn't have to wait long to get a drink at all. Â Sound and light system were top notch. I have never once had any issue at the club, which is a surprise​ to most nightlife​ in the city. I was prepared for a crappy time but I unexpectedly was fine. Didn't experience any harassment and got in quickly. Also, free candy at the entrance! They didn't make me coat check, which was nice. I kind of like the fact that the line for the bathrooms was mixed genders so it goes a lot faster. Prices for drinks are steep, but that is to be expected. Such a cool nightclub! I had the chance to go to NOTO for a Verizon event sponsoring the new #connectHYDROGEN. It was a great night of interacting with experts and viewing the Red Hydrogen Holographic smartphone! Verizon gave out cool gift bags with Bose SoundSport wireless headphones and other goodies. went to NOTO for Danny Tenaglia..good things: sounds system is awesome, lots of bathrooms, big dance floor..bad things: SO many bathrooms but still pretty long line, the VIP sucked the atmosphere right out of that place. .VIP is like 70% of the club with bottle girls and flashing signs and all that crap while the regular space is the other 30. This was by far my least favorite part, even the bouncer to the vip section would shove you so hard if you even got close, so tacky and unwelcoming. The staff though was top notch!! All the security were in the best moods it was really surprising to see. Good club experience, but Philly needs to change their nightlife rules and stay open later than 3. My girl and I came to see Meek Mill for the PH18 after party and got there late. Your front regular line door guys are probably the best security or hosts in the city. The Big guy Vic I think his name is, was nice to us and explained that although Meek Mill was supposed to appear, there wasn't a guarantee that the he would perform due to Noto being a club not a concert venue. It made a lot of sense and he was nice enough to explain it us a few times to get the point across even with rude customers who were mad at him for the weather.When we left we thanked Vic for being such a nice bouncer, he even invited us back!
