Philip came to see us and we were immediately put at ease by his calm approach to both us and our rather nervous dog Naomi. She took to him immediately unlike other visitors and within minutes he had her literally eating out of his hand. Philip was full of interesting and helpful advice and demonstrate all the things we were to do with Naomi. We all went for a walk and Philip explained how to stop Naomi reacting to other dogs. Within just a couple of days we saw a remarkable change in her.
