I started contracting in 2013 and choose Norwich Accounting Services because of the very positive online reviews. The personal service, professionalism and warmth has not changed in the 4 years I have enjoyed being financially assisted by this team. When I had personal issues, they provided human understanding and guided me through the tax process without making me feel a burden or foolish. I needed an accountant as I did not want to learn the process myself and felt I would miss some of the aspects that save on my tax bill. I did not want avoid tax, thus attracting fines later on, so needed to feel secure. I have been nothing but impressed with the services provided and I am totally confident I am in safe hands with this company. When running a business, accounts are fearful to the novice even during happy times, it feels great not to be worrying about taxes, so that I can focus on the consulting business I provide to other companies.
