We moved to the area about 10 months ago and my work-based insurance changed. It was very difficult to find new therapists to work with our four year-old with individual needs. When we contacted Haleh, she was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our experience with her has been extraordinary. She devoted a lot of time to jumping through hurdles with our insurance, going above and beyond to ensure our son got the therapy he needs. She is always available to answer questions and has provided great insight. There have been several times we have had questions or issues arise outside of therapy time, and Haleh has always responded promptly with invaluable advice and assistance. As a therapist, Haleh is above reproach. Our son has some fairly extreme behaviors and she has proven more than capable of caring for him and gaining his trust. We're very grateful to have found Northern Therapy Group. We have been working with Haleh since few months now for my 2 year old son. And we can't say enough amazing things about her. She is really energetic and has so much knowledge. My son loves her and she really knows how to get his attention and work with him in ways I never imagined.Within the first few sessions my son started saying lot of words. She would always listen and address all our concerns and gave so many innovative tips and tricks to have him talk.
