The pointing in our patios had become all damage and in many cases had disintegrated - I contacted Northern Restoration following a google search and got helpful and sensible advice on the best way to repair and restore the patio. Had my driveway cleaned, re-sanded and sealed 2 years ago by Northern Restoration and it still looks great. This year I asked James back to restore my decking.
The team stripped all the existing stain, that had become flaky, cleaned the wood very effectively and applied 2 coats of a tinted decking oil and protector to leave the area looking almost new.
I would certainly recommend James and his team as they always arrive exactly when they say they will and always do a great job.
