N.C.C.T. Is a great school that not onky teaches people the trades of construction, but they also go above and beyond to teach people life skills and valuable knowledge of how to gain employment. The staff is absolutely amazing. The teacher Jason and John are two of the best teachers, mentors and life coaches to a degree. I have had many teachers and professors but none can come close to these people, and from my dealings with the other programs it seems that all locations are similar. I can't say enough about how wonderful this program is. I recommend it to anyone who has the desire to learn a trade and they will be shown how to do it, not to mention they will help in the job process with inside information and help placing you. Whether you are a novice with zero prior background in the construction industry or an experienced construction worker who is looking for a stable careeer and a union to have constant work, this program is top notch. I'm at NCCT Mather Field. If you're An active parolee looking to make a change for the better this is the place to do it. I've been in the program for a little over a month and it has changed my life for the better!!!

These construction training classes were a great experience. I took it over 3 years ago and graduated from the class within 3 months. Nate is a great instructor and is very, very, very, informative and has the "skills to pay the bills". I believe it's a 9 month course, but if Nate sees the 'hustle and bustle' in you and you're really serious about the career path you are going to take, you can be the chosen one to complete the courses early like me :). After i completed the courses i got into the laborers Union and since the last time i spoke with the instructor i believe he was trying to find a connection with the carpenters Union. It's a life changing experience and i recommend it for anybody thats willing to bust their ass to not just a job, but a fulfilling career.
