We had problems with damp from the roof. Roofline came promptly with all the right equipment. They did a very efficient job even putting up tower scaffolding for a tricky access. The lads worked as a great team and the job was done without any time wasting. All the lads were pleasant and friendly. The damp patch is drying out nicely so a good job done. Excellent work done quickly & efficiently & at very short notice after previous firm let me down

This company did an excellent job repairing the loose and missing fridge tiles on the roof of my sons flat. They were easy to communicate with and completed the job well within budget, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am happy to say this company, did a reliable job. The builder didn’t waste time he was straight on the job. We liked his work and manner so much , that we recommended him our neighbours.

Andrew and his colleagues came out swiftly to re-attached a downpipe almost 4 stories up, which was causing water to run down brickwork and leak into a bedroom. It was no problem for the lads and they were able to fix the issue very quickly with minimum fuss. They also cleared out a gutter and found part of it damaged. The lad quickly made a repair to rectify this. They all clearly know their trade very well. Hopefully I wont have any more issues but if I do, I'll only be using North East Rooflines. a fabulous company, we have used them for a few years now. they have installed a complete new roof to one house, and carried out several repairs to a couple of other houses for us. they are brilliant... they always turn up on time, work tidily and have never suggested work we don't need. the prices are excellent and always fixed (even when a few unexpected issues arrive). we run a small property development company so have used a few roofers over the years, now we have discovered Northeast Roofline, we will never use anyone else. the last time i called them in a small panic as i needed an urgent survey done, it turned out to be just a blocked gutter that they sorted there and then without charge. Would highly recommend North East Rooflines they were very reliable, friendly and exceptionally helpful. I had some work carried out on my guttering and dry verge, the price was reasonable and they carried the work out to a very high standard. Quality job at a very reasonable price,the two lads who done the repointing also done some additional work (removed an old overhead cable (cable tv) that was attached to my chimney and cleaned all my guttering,facia and soffit boards),all this was done at no extra cost and all debris was taken away when the work finished
