We booked the weekend of September 15th for 20 guy’s to play our away day weekend here, we have booked this event previously on 2 occasions since 2016 and each year David and Susie couldn’t be more helpful, and this year we certainly gave them a challenge, due to circumstances beyond our control at our golf club, we had to change our weekend away, David and Susie sorted everything out without any hassle, Matt the pro in the golf shop was as usual, very helpful and accommodating, getting us out earlier than anticipated, the course itself was in very good condition considering the rain that we have had recently, everyone was very complimentary about the course, the members were very friendly, not only did we play the course we also ate at the club, Mark the chef did a fantastic job with the food, all the guy’s again were very complimentary about the food, and all the staff at the club did a great job in welcoming us back We will definitely be going back

We held my mum's 90th birthday here on 22.7.18 and it was perfect from start to finish. Mark the chef was fantastic, from the planning stages to the big day itself and couldn't have been more accommodating.

I had the pleasure of playing here representing Marsden Park Golf Club in the first ever Lancashire vs Yorkshire inter club competition. The course was fantastic and a great test for golfers of all abilities, the 18th hole is superb and it's easy to see why it is held in such high regard. The bar provided great service, food and ale. Good course with some challenging holes. Five hours 10 min for 18 holes broke our concentration though. Halfway house closed when the weather was 27 degrees in a full field comp was ridiculous. Don't know how this was allowed to happen. I would go back though and hope they resolve the issues More...

A friendly club which has everything.....a good test of golf on a tricky course which has an 18th. hole that'll make you want to come back again & again, a comfortable clubhouse with good food & great beer, a helpfull professional with a well stocked shop and staff who are happy to help, and most important, members who will make you very welcome
