It's thanks to Steve and his team that my tablet was able to recover from what I thought was a bios issue but turned out to be a bad/abandoned driver installation, resulting in a black screen and unable to access anything beyond the sign-on stage! Brilliant service by Northants Computers, having left my tablet with them at 9.30 a.m on a Monday morning and ready to collect at 3.15 p.m same day! Thanks for the great advice and help in deciding whether to repair my old laptop or buy a new one. I opted for a new one and I'm very glad I did. The setup service was well worth it with Office and Antivirus added too, plus the offer to transfer everything over from my old laptop. I've got such confidence in these guys that I've taken out their service plan so that I can have any help I need in the future - remote access or phone; they are very professional, knowledgeable and informative.Highly recommended!
