I utilised Northside Pool Services to repair a leak and replace a new timer on the 14/8/2023. The technician came out repaired the leak and fitted the new timer. ..after 2 weeks i noticed the water is still leaking and the timer doesnt work. I tried to contact the Northside office numerous times and also sent through a whatsapp and its being totally ignored.I want them to come back and resolve the issue and it seems i am being ignored . I do not recommend Northside Pool Services. More...

The usual stuff as masks etc but we not to worried as all our staff have been vaccinated
