Sarah Spencer is a fraud. She's higher young black women like me as myself and then fire me after 2 weeks claiming some type of personal things that I feel like was not professional of her I've been working for this lady for 2 weeks and my last week she would not pay me but I would like to say this I will take action against her because I think this is not business this is so unprofessional of her to not pay her employees the pay that they deserve for cleaning for her. Her products is not organic like someone stated she used peppermint oil to just to cover up a smell but I just want to know how is this cleaning anything how's that sanitizing anything she's very very unprofessional. She deserves zero stars. I have caught her on camera talking about my home and she leaves lots of things dirty still when she's gone, yet blames her employees. You hired them Sarah plain and tall. It's all going to fall back on you. What a joke this business is. Her organic products don't seem to get much of anything clean. And she came in once and just talked and talked. This is the most unprofessional joke of a business to work for! She can't run a business to save her life. She tells you to spray alot of peppermint so it smells good and move things around so clients think you cleaned. She also talks about most if not all of her clients, and how they are nasty and she should let them go. She has a high turnover rate because she is an old messy lady. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Sarah Spencer is by far the most unprofessional "business owner" I have ever had the indecency of working with.
Sarah is extremely petty, rude, disrespectful and demeaning to her employees. She feeds off & creates drama within the workplace, as if it's high school.
She is violating many laws that are required to continue running a business. You will be screwed over if you choose her as your boss. She will refuse to pay, block you, and refuse to talk to you like a child if you quit.
She refuses to print out a paystub, and will not show proof of legal pay.
She has been heard verbally threatening an employee by saying she "will have to admit she's getting paid under the table & will get in trouble if she complains" against Sarah. All of the other reviews are absolutely correct, even if Sarah wants to provide a high school response. I give this business maybe another year or two. That is, if taxes get paid.
Sarah is disqualified to own or run a business. It sickens me that she willingly treats other human beings this way. Do not work for or with Sarah or her "business".

POOR EXPERIENCE. I received one cleaning with owner and two less experienced cleaners. I was charged $275 for initial "pre clean"- the high first time charge of 2. 5x to 3x your regular weekly rate they require to get placed into their weekly rotation. Rachel. Your 3600 sq ft home was very dusty is old and in dire need of a clean. I would like to mention that we are cleaners not renovators. That definitely takes time. We definitely put in the entire amount of time cleaning. I left you with 2 experienced cleaners with only 2 rooms left to clean. When I checked in with you the next day you said you had a few issues you would like to discuss and then you tried to call me on a Sunday during the dinner hour and I said I would call you during business hours. I attempted to call you the next day Monday and no answer. Still not hearing from you on Thursday I cancelled your clean. I also text you back after you asked on Thursday when we were arriving and you didn’t reply. The icing on the cake was your husband continue to come into the kitchen and make coffee and food while it was being cleaned by who you deemed an unexperienced cleaner. He never spoke to her once although he stood right next to her every time. The last thing I need is my Cleaners feeling like the help. An acknowledgment was necessary. She definitely felt uncomfortable. I am sorry you were so disappointed. I too am disappointed.
