First off, We were so impressed with everyone whom we talked with from Pam, Samantha, and Tom. They are absolutely professional but more importantly a good listener and friendly. Aside from their demeanor, their work speaks volumes of their creative ability. I was just married on October 19, 2019 and I had North Raleigh Florist do several bouquets, hair pieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower petals for my flower girl. Let me tell you, I had no idea what I was doing throughout my wedding planning and did about 90% of it all on my own (including 2 bouquets and 3 boutonnieres to save some on cost). I worked with Tom Land during the consult and for the rest of the process, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed and amazed at what he came up with. My bridal bouquet was GORGEOUS and had all of the colors I wanted - purples, greens, yellows, browns, you know those fall colors; they were cascading and gorgeous sunflowers jumped out from the bouquet. The flower pieces were way more gorgeous than I was expecting and met all of my expectations and then some. My hair stylist was even impressed cause she was able to work it right into my hair and it stayed in place until about 2 am! I lost one petal on that sunflower hair piece but that was probably just because my stylist was a little rough; other than that though, the sunflowers never wilted and stayed in my hair as well as my two sister's hair all night long. There were two things that were the most important to me, and that was my flowers and my photography. I wanted both of those elements more than I wanted anything else and wasn't afraid to spend some money on it. I had searched around and had talked to a few disappointing vendors in the area, but none were as good as North Raleigh Florist. North Raleigh Florist was prompt, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole thing. There was no chasing them, or playing phone tag, or wondering if I was going to get what I was envisioning. They just did quality work and provided me with some of the most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen. I definitely recommend them for any event, but especially for weddings! Thank you so much! More...

I'll update this when I hear from my niece and see the flowers and balloon bouquet I ordered if it lives up to what they say their standards are. It was supposed to be delivered today and still nothing. My niece has been waiting for it and delayed her dinner plans to wait for it. This is not acceptable for a supposedly reputable company.  If you can't deliver the same day don't offer those services.  My suggestion deliver to the nearest locations first. Get the easy ones out of the way then complete the furthest delivery. It's the same distance to your dispatch center and you at least get the majority of your delivery done and keep most of the customers happy.  Man so embarrassing to offer a gift to someone and not have it show up.Update- The owner reached out to me and is actually a stand up guy.  He seemed very sincere; apologized for the experience and made things right.  Thank you Kevin!  It definitely made a difference in my perception of your company. Absolutely amazing. I've used North Raleigh on multiple occasions to send flowers to my girlfriend. On each of these occasions I've made special requests that they've never hesitated to accommodate. Most recently I requested the first available delivery slot that I'm almost certain was earlier than they normally schedule deliveries. My girlfriend was scheduled to be in meetings all day and would only be available in her office for a very short time early in the morning. I live out of state and use this florist to send to my mom in Raleigh on a regular basis. Even when I call last minute, they always do a beautiful job! The one time my mother was not happy with the arrangement, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the problem. They got her a whole new arrangement and sent her chocolates as well!!!! I have ordered flowers from North Raleigh Florist quite frequently in the past. For my mom's birthday, I ordered an arrangement for her and was excited to receive the call to say how much she loved it. Unfortunately, she called to tell me that the flowers didn't look very fresh and looked like they would wilt in a few days. Concerned, I called North Raleigh Florist to express my concerns. The woman on the phone was very patient with me and very kind. She assured me that the flowers were delivered that morning and was unsure why they were like that as all flowers go through a final inspection before getting delivered. She assured that my mom could bring the flowers back and she would take care of it. Before my mom could do that, North Raleigh Florist delivered the new, beautiful arrangement to her the next day. She was so happy that it made up for her small disappointment the day before. By the way, the new arrangement was purple. Her favorite color! I can't even put into words how amazing every person that works for this company is, or how incredible their work is. I ordered online from them in a panic; 3 days before Mother's Day. The computer system messed up my mom's address and the message I wrote to her (it was in Spanish) I called and spoke to a super friendly individual who directed me to the proper person. My call and request was kindly heard and attended to. The computer system kept messing up a detail or two, so I had to begin an e-mail thread with them. I had a response immediately after every message I sent, Janice helped resolve everything in the end. North Raleigh Florist saved prom tonight! I had a corsage ordered at another shop but didn't check the hours and got there shortly after closing time. I immediately went to google.....North Raleigh Florist was one of two flower shops still open at least for a few more minutes.
