I went there initially to train with Myra who is AWESOME! And I immediately fell in love with this gym. I am a gym rat and this place is neat, cool,intimate, and fun! It has a great vibe and the owners are Super friendly, knowledgable, and inviting. I would highly recommend More...

I took the early yoga & very much enjoyed it. It was a great stretch, & had challenging holds. Our instructor was excellent and had a friendly generous energy, never focusing on individuals- allowing us to each have our own stride. It was so nice to not be in a crowded room. So glad to find North Raleigh Fitness! I always get bored working out solo at a gym and don’t challenge myself as much I need to. The group sessions at NRF have been so helpful. The trainers challenge you in a positive way and help you with proper form and weight amounts so you get the most out of each session. Group class rates are fair and flexible! Easy to schedule classes to what fits with your schedule. Highly recommend NRF to anyone looking to take the next step in a healthier and stronger you! More...

We deliver effective programs in functional strength training, mobility, and high intensity metabolic conditioning. We promise to offer a professional and fun environment and a knowledgeable staff dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. We promise to always challenge you, and create a community that will inspire and motivate you.

There are no secrets. Everyone already knows the answer. Eat right - plenty o vegetables, lean protein, minimal processed foods, and exercise regularly. That's it. It's simple, straightforward. But not easy. Get your mind right, focus on improving in the kitchen, get to the gym regularly and change will come.

My favorite thing about coaching is watching my clients overcome personal barriers and get a feeling of accomplishment. There’s really nowhere else in life that happens. Then they leave with a smile, and I know I’ve made their day better.

Our mission is to help you build a healthy lifestyle. After spending time in our facility, we want you to feel like a better version of yourself. It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts and weight that keep our members returning. It is not the cutting edge equipment or technology. It is the people that count! Our team cares about guiding and encouraging every member to achieve their goals and we realize that no two members have the exact same goals. We want to assist in the journey toward realizing aspirations and truly help in changing members’ lives.

There’s always a better way, and we’ll find it. We could stay the same, but we won’t.

Ours is not the easy way: you won’t see the food pyramid, or elliptical trainers, or televisions at North Raleigh Fitness, because those things don’t help you. There are no mirrors, no dress code, no smoothie bar, because those things won’t help you either. You need fewer distractions, not more.

Clients who come to North Raleigh Fitness are coached. We don’t waste time, energy or money on things that won’t help our clients; if something WILL help, we bring in the best. Less chrome, more knowledge. That’s where the relentless pursuit of excellence means. That’s North Raleigh Fitness.
