North Point has recently pruned all of the overgrown trees in my garden.
Jim did a great job. He was very tidy, careful and regularly checked that I was happy with progress.
He is a nice chap - very easy to work with. Customer service is important to him. I will use him again.

Gutter Cleaning
I was happy someone came right away to look at my guttering.He did the job clearing only half my guttering about 4 metres and disappeared after 15minutes and came back with sealer to seal the leaking bit. I telephoned today to say it as still leaking after the heavy rain last night and firstly he said he would come and take a look and now says i would have to pay more money to get a part .That's what I thought I was getting in the first place.He then started shouting at me saying every so often he gets a customer like me.I dont think so I paid well to get this job done and will not be paying anymore.More than 100 pounds for a half hour job no way. After having North Point carry out gardening services which we were happy with they returned the next day & hand scraped the moss off the roof of our house as this is what we had asked to be done. It has made such a difference to the look of our house. They also cleaned out gutters, cleaned the PVC fascia boards & sprayed the roof so moss would not grow back. Again Jim & his team did a great job for us at a very reasonable price. Always making sure we were happy with their work. They also cleaned up very well too. I was happy at what North Point Property Maintenance were going to do with my garden but when money started to get discussed it went down hill from there, said if he knocked £100 off could i myself guarantee him the job so he could start tomorrow! . I told him I have to discuss it with family, then I would get back to him that night. That’s when he says what time would I phone him and let him know. He sounded desperate and I just didn’t trust him because he kept going on and on about the £1500 and reminding me he would be happy to knock £100 off.
