They did an excellent job in restoring a good signal, which had been erratic for weeks.The charge was very reasonable and they did another adjustment to an upstairs TV without being asked or charged.

Sam and his Assistant, Max, turned up dead on time. They climbed on to my roof in the pouring rain, checked in the loft, tested my 3 TV sets and cured a signal problem that had been occurring on and off for several weeks. Max even replaced a much too long cable on my bedroom set with a new one, which he neatly tacked to the skirting, at no extra charge. The actual charge for the whole job was very reasonable. I manage a block of flats with communal facilities. As with a previous reviewer, our satellite dish had decided to go for a wander in some recent storms. Although you may find that you have to leave a message when you call, due to being a busy family run business I presume, Sam will return your call as soon as possible.Multi-storey flats are no problem for NNA, they were fantastic. They located the errant dish and re-instated it. Changed the LNB as a precaution, but said the dish looked to have survived (when they could easily have just flogged us a new one)They also made several calls to the building as different tenants were experiencing differing problems. They ended up rewiring the whole system to flush the problem and still completed the job under some of the quotes I was getting for just re-installing the dish.I would definitely recommend these guys for all your aerial problems in the North Norfolk area.Thanks guys. My aerial had come down in the wind and was banging on the chimney. I was a little concerned about the other review on here but couldn't find anyone else available, so I tried this company The very friendly woman on the phone said she would try and fit me in, and would phone me back. She phoned back in a few minutes saying that I would get a visit around lunchtime. The gentleman came at 1.15pm, sure enough. He was charming, helpful and re-fixed the aerial with absolutely no fuss. He took his shoes off before entering the house without being asked. As he didn't need any parts, he simply charged a basic call out fee, which was brilliant value. I couldn't have been happier with the service. I understand that he is a member of the local coastguard too! If you need help and live in North Norfolk, this is your bloke! More...
