North Main Provisions

My son and I stopped in there over the weekend while we were visiting Clark University from New York City. We had a delightful chat with the owner, a Worcester native about his up-and-coming city. We strolled into North Main after a woman working at the neighboring vintage store told us about its amazing grilled cheese sandwich -- and it was indeed terrific: French Gruyere on big and thick slices of a rustic loaf, with caramelized onion. Can't wait to go back. The owner was very friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations and samples of cheeses. Perfect place to stop for wine and cheese after picking up bread at Crust next door. Highly recommended!

An amazing shop to find all you need for the perfect night out, or in! Out of this world cheeses, wine, beer, honey, olives, meats and more for the perfect charcuterie. You can grab some pasta & sauce as well (and freshly baked bread next door) for dinner in just one stop. Amazing selection of wines, cheese, chocolate, crackers, condiments - anything you could need, really! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, too. I gorge myself on those perfect croissants at Crust, then can’t fit into any of the gorgeous things at Sweet Jane’s, so I console myself with wine from NMP. Logic wins. Go here.
