I believe that therapy provides a uniquely powerful context for personal and relational growth. Working as a collaborative team we can address life's challenges and pursue the healthy changes most important to you. I aim to provide a high quality and down-to-earth approach that frees you to approach life with new hope and focus.

I have a background in youth and adult ministry, as well as experience with non-profits, family services, and incarcerated adults. I provide help in a number of areas including anxiety and depression, loss and grief, teen and young adult issues, couples and family counseling, and career and life direction.
My collaborative approach emphasizes teamwork that focuses on a client's abilities, talents, and resources - empowering them throughout the therapeutic process to achieve lasting emotional wellness and healthy relationships.
