Having spent 13 years as a manager of a telesales retailer I would like to think I would have pretty much everything nailed down when it came to facebook and Instagram. I have been using Social media since it was born and thought I was pretty clued up. I learned so much from Amanda in 2 sessions it was unbelievable. I have already increased my interactions, engagements and have a bigger audience with less effort I may add!. I've already got some new clients I put down solely to I Am You and there experience. I have been attending courses at the Business Factory in North Shields, run by Amanda and I have found them extremely helpful. I have attended two social media courses so far run by Amanda, one more to go on Friday.. both were so helpful to someone with an established business, but relatively new to social media. Amanda has an easy going, friendly, informal approach to her training, which allows interaction and therefore results in a much better understanding.
