Steph is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I've had NHS counselling three separate times, and private once before, after all that I decided that there probably wasn't someone 'perfect' for me, but I've found that person. Steph is a star

Q&As

We love the fact that we can help so many people - 98% of our clients said they would recommend us to family and friends and the same number said they would use our service again if they needed help. 93% of our clients told us that counselling helped them - this is marvellous feedback. The fact that we can help people quickly is a real bonus too.

Our CEO, Marjorie Hunter, started the business in 2006 to help people who are carers to have some emotional support. We still work with carers but we have now expanded the business to work with a wide range of people.

Our vision is to have a world where counselling is available and affordable to everyone who needs it.

We are unique in that we match the counsellor to you. We gain as much understanding of your issues as possible and we find the counsellor from our pool of over 50 who will work best with you. And if you find they aren't the right one, we've got lots of other people who can help you get the best our of counselling.

Because we aren't linked to the NHS there will be no record of counselling in your medical files - this is an important consideration for people in certain jobs.

We've got lots of capacity to counsel people - so you should never be waiting more than 1 week for your first appointment.
