Norris Electric provided quality service when I phoned for help with an electrical circuit in my home. Â They quoted me a 2 hour minimum charge ($190) for a trouble call and Derek, their electrician, responded within a couple hours. Â He was able to quickly determine the cause of the circuit short which was manifesting on 2 different duplex plugs. We were having trouble with another electrical contractor who kept putting us off. I called Frank Norris and he came out the same day to assess our problem and start working a solution. We'd bought a vacant house with the electrical meter missing, and Frank had his folks come out the next day to bring our electrical box up to spec, then started working with Harris County Permits Office to get us the permit we needed to have Center Point come out and install the meter. I wish I could put into words how grateful I am to Norris Electric. At just after 5 pm, my power went out completely. I had called and asked for help from everyone I could. Frank Norris called me personally after hours. When I explained my situation to him, he expressed his concern for the well-being of myself and my very young son, especially with it being the middle of summer in Texas.
