Excellent food and excellent service! Noodle Bar has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. An off-the-clock employee was eating and he bought me a shot, Saturdays are for the boys!

I love I mean LOVE the ramen at this restaurant the best I’ve had in downtown Phoenix. But they keep raising the prices everytime I go. As a college student this makes me go less frequent. More...

Sampled fried pork belly with mashed potatoes and wine for the Urban wine & jazz walk. The pork belly was delicious, service was great and the atmosphere is nice in the restuarant.

This places menu is a cultural experience in itself. They have Italian and Japanese noodle dishes. The artwork on the walls is cool and the music is like you're in a bike shop. The ramen options are all very different and unique. Gotta go back and try them all. More...

Was on my way to get sushi but it was full, so I stopped in here. I'm glad that sushi place was full. It's a very hip little place that actually has lots of space. I got the spicy miso and it was perfection. The noodles, broth, and pork; all of it was spot on. But my favorite part was actually the egg. I've never had an egg like that; you just have to try one of the items that has it. More...

I like that its not fusion, but literally two separate restaurants in one place that you can either have Italian, with great handmade pasta - texture was really good, and Japanese Ramen.
Pasta was really good! Service was great too.
Our food took a while to get to us, but the staff treated us really well and made up for it!

Very good ramen and attentive staff. Definitely drop by. The interior is clean and looks somewhat Japanese. You'll feel welcome upon entering.

Went with a large group, and everyone really liked it. Some of us had ramen and some had Italian style noodles. It is a cozy place right downtown. It was a short walk from our hotel, and many others in the area. I had a daily special ramen dish with pork, peanut, and a bit spicy. I finished every drop. More...

The staff was super friendly from the start. I got it and did not have to wait to be seated. The person who greeted me suggested a couple of different options after I told him it was my first time there. The entire time he addressed me with a friendly smile. I ordered the spicy miso soup and could not have been happier with my choice it was absolutely delicious (the guy who brought it over was also genuinely nice). My entire experience was great. I went there last Saturday and am going again soon. More...

It's a good noodle place similar to but not exactly like Michi Ramen in Austin Texas. It has a lot of different things that you can order including Italian fare and noodles. The beer selection is good with some IPA selections and they do have wines as well. Although I did not try the desserts they do have some nice choices such as green tea ice cream. Parking is a challenge during busy times of the year such as the holiday season but it's well worth it. More...
