We just had our first service with Bulwark today at our new home. Jeffrey Valazquez was our technician and he was awesome! He took the time to answer every single one of our questions and thoroughly explain the treatments and how they would help get rid of bugs and most importantly scorpions which is the main reason we called! I was stung by a scorpion right before moving, so when we spotted 2 scorpions at our new home, I was very worried especially for my 9 month old baby and dogs. Being stung by a scorpion isn't something I ever want to experience again so I definitely look forward to Bulwark and Jeffrey protecting my family from these nasty pests! Thanks again! More...

Shout out to Bulwark Exterminating for the EXTREMELY FAST response to my Africanized Bee issue! Due to the nest moving, they had to come out a couple of times until we tracked down the new nest. They were out either the same day or the next day in less than 24 hours. The nest was removed and I am so grateful that they're my pest control company! Once a year we have the scorpion truck come out to do a night spray treatment and Brian Thompson was our technician. We were his last service of the evening at 7:00pm and even though it was his Birthday, he showed up at the door smiling and ready to help us rid of these horrible creatures. Bradley Prescott is our technician with Bulwark and he is always prompt, courteous, and does a thorough job. I've never had any problems working with Bulwark, and they'll come out and spray again with no questions asked and no extra charge. I selected Bulwark because they stated, online, that they were true scorpion experts, and Tech Adam Mac didn't disappoint. His knowledge of the species, and more iimportantly (to me), how to eliminate them, was impressive and informative. Adam not only treated every inch of our property, inside and out (including the attic), but took the time to answer every question, all with a positive attitude and professionalism. The entire experience was informative and refreshing. I would highly suggest that anyone in the market for pest control consider this company. On a side note, when they tell you they have a special scorpion truck, believe it. I thought the fire department was arriving. Unbeknown to us, when we purchased a house in Mountain's Edge, it had been empty for four years. Apparently, all breeds of spiders had set up residence in an outside of the house. We had brown recluse, black widows, scorpions, and a lot I had never encountered before.We called Bulwark and they came out twice in one week. By the second visit, we only saw the occasional spider that probably was dying anyway. Bulwark was so kind and patient with me, I have a phobia against spiders. Each tech took the time to educate me about what they were using to kill the spiders and the barrier that would prevent new ones from approaching. Sione all the way!! they dont call him the scorpion king for nothing. he really knows what he is doing! he takes time to explain everything he knows about your particular pest. Had my regular monthly spray done by somebody else a week ago, saw some scorpions yesterday, called bulwark, asked for Sione... the very same day, Sione showed up at my door with his unmistakable smile asking me to describe the situation. He took matters into his hands and spray thoroughly all my house, inside and out, with NO extra charge! he even call me afterwards to schedule a follow up spray the next week (also free) just to make sure he gets all the scorpions outside the house, before they can get in!! with my pregnant wife, this type of comfort is priceless.. thanks Sione! Marty K. came out to exterminate on 1/21/14. I opened the garage and unlocked the back gate. He is ever so polite and listened to my concerns. If you want a pest control service that is better then Western & Nolan companies combined...call Bulwark. Bulwark still uses the truck mounted powers sprayers that assure complete coverage outside. Inside they use a fine powder (like Nolan) inside the wall outlets on every outside wall. My tech, Eric Burch, is the most competent and thorough service rep that I've ever encountered. we've been with Bulwark for about 2 months now. They came out the initial time and sprayed everywhere for our scorpion problem. within 2 weeks we still found a few alive but most dead. we have a lot of construction around us so it is understandable. Bulwark came out again for free to spray again. Thank god we have not found any since. we have a 1 and 5 yr old so it is important we keep these critters away. so far so good..
