Just like many the idea to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle is one that we all want to achieve. I have to admit I have often lost that balance. I started working with Vin over a year ago by joining the fat loss camp. I noticed a difference during the first month. I enjoyed the classes with the members as well the consistent support during the camp. Classes are full of laughter along with the gruelling workouts. I later decided to try 1:1 training with Vin. I gave myself a timeline and goals. I was not disappointed. My fitness levels have increased and I have gained confidence in understanding what works well for me. Vin is a professional and passionate trainer. He genuinely cares and about your needs and wants you to succeed. I left the gym in April and since then I have been training with Vin and Sadie. Not only do you get the variation of each training session which I love, you also get help on nutrition too. Have been with B + B now for 18 months and can't see me ever wanting to leave! the classes are fun and varied, but also challenging, you are encouraged to work hard but supported all the way by Vin and Sadie. Help with nutrition has been invaluable too. I would recommend that anyone wanting to actually see a change in their body confidence to give this a try and there's no bullsh**t you're expected to work hard, but are supported by the coaches and other members all the way and in 18 months I haven't been bored once!
