One of the most important values for our wedding was combining our cultures and food; so, it was essential to find the right company to help make this happen. James and team catered for our wedding in August this year. We knew we'd be using them after meeting with him and talking him through our requirements. They put together a completely bespoke menu for us; and, boy did they deliver! The food was amazing; from the canapes to desserts. Our guests wouldn't stop talking about it all day and night. Beccy was great and coordinated the day/night well, and Stacey put together some incredible dishes. Have you ever been to a wedding where every guest talked about how full they were? We already knew we loved the food following a fun tasting session back in February - but our guests were raving to us about it all night! We had some delays during dinner with our speeches but they worked through it and all food was served hot. James at team catered for our daughters wedding at Yorkshire Wedding Barn. The food was fantastic, we had lots of nibbles and these included our special requests (inc black pudding and also haggis scotch eggs - OMG these we fab). A platter to start then melt in your mouth beef and polenta chips etc. And generous puddings. James worked with us to cater for a full range of dietary needs, inc celiac’s and others. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to NOMAD for all the hard work that made our wedding day so perfect. The food was divine and cooked to perfection, served piping hot to all 136 guests efficiently with the utmost care. We had a selection of beautiful canapes including mini beef yorkshires, haggis scotch eggs, scallop and pork belly with pea puree and a pumpkin and ricotta filo. The rack of lamb for our main is still being raved about by our guests and we really were impressed with the whole service which ensured the day ran smoothly. We’ve been flooded with emails many of which rave about how great the food was- James if we had it our way you would be cooking for us every night! James and his team recently did the catering for our daughter's wedding of about 130 guests. The food was amazing - absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. Great attention to detail - many commented on how he'd managed to serve the meal on hot plates. Wonderful canapes. The bbq the next day was also fantastic - just what you wanted the day-after-the-night-before! The whole team worked really hard - setting up, serving, running the bar for us, clearing up... James catered our wedding this weekend and the food was incredible!! Throughout the meal and after our guests were constantly complimenting the excellence and the size of the portions! ! (No one went hungry, let's put it that way) The main course was fantastic and was still outshone by the amazing dessert made up of a beautifully presented selection of four desserts. If your looking for a caterer look no further!James and his team did the catering for my husbands birthday bash a few days ago in Otley! The whole process was extremely professional,and as for the food well it was simply delicious!All our guests were blown away including all the foodies who attended.The slow roast lamb shank cottage pie was to die for.The lasagna was wonderful.Couldnt fault a thing!I would recommend Nomad catering to anyone it is the best outside catering my guests and I have ever tasted!Thankyou James. The food provided by Nomad catering was absolutely amazing, all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food, even the best food they had had at a wedding!
Huge highlight from the guests was the responsibility of carving their tables chicken, and the most delicious pizza!
There was so much attention to detail, it made our special day even more special.
James, Suzie and the whole team ensured we were looked after throughout the whole day, we honestly couldn't of asked for a better day! It was so nice to genuinely get on with James and Suzie and also have their praises sung by our guests!
We would definitely recommend and use Nomad Catering again, and hope to stay in touch!
