Ben from NOLAGRAPHICS is the best. I was stuck for hours trying to up my memory limit in my wp-config file of WordPress and this guy got into my hosting provider and updated it for me for every site on my server. I can't believe how fast he was. I tried calling my current hosting provider and I was waiting on hold to speak to someone for an hour. I messaged Ben because I know him from the neighborhood where I live, hoping he could help and boy did He. He also happened to tell me He runs his own hosting company with servers He owns. He even sent me a video of him walking out of his office into the data center to prove it. I have been doing web development for over 20 years but every once in a while I get stuck and Ben and the NOLAGRAPHICS team are now my point of contact for anything that is out of my realm.
