Went there for Mother’s Day Brunch with family and we enjoyed it thoroughly! Location was great, staff were awesome, food was delicious and plentiful! I recommend that you try this place and see Patrick (he’s the GM), so friendly and very accommodating. My fiance and I just had our engagement party at Otello's in the Events center this past weekend and let me tell you, I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone! The venue itself was beautiful, patio was fantastic, food was great but most importantly the staff and Joanne and Jade were absolutely unbelievable in accommodating any requests or specific cultural aspects we wanted to incorporate! Amazing place for our work Christmas Party! Last night was one of two years that we celebrated at Otello's and they never disappoint! Otello's hosted our sisters wedding yesterday and it was magical! The team, Patrick and Joanna supported the entire night, always being available and connecting with our families to make sure everyone was happy.
Chef Cosimo not only outdid himself with the food he continually came out to connect with everyone!! The food was incredible! Dale the in-house DJ is the way to go! Organized as an MC and spun tunes all night that never allowed for an empty dance floor!
Thank you Otello's for completing our families special day!!

We had our wedding ceremony at Otello's on Aug 19th. Just as dinner was about to start my wife took ill with a kidney stone and we both missed the reception. .The staff at Otello's were fantastic and made sure our guests had a great evening..Much to our delight, they cater a dinner for the two of us at our home..The exact meal we missed at our reception...Above and beyond service and would highly recommend Otello's for any occasion!! We just had Son and Daughter-in-law's wedding there last night. It was fantastic. From the moment we arrived they guided us through it all. The service area all set up, then the quick change to the seating area beautiful.The serving staff, bartender and management were amazing and helped the night run smoothly. My Daughter and Son in law (Theresa & Blair) held their wedding reception here. From the moment we arrived I enjoyed myself, there was plenty of delicious food to chose from while we waited for the wedding party to arrive. The bartender was amazing, knowlegable with drinks and always smiling. The staff serving our main meals were very friendly and quick, all tables were served and eating at the same time. The DJ was one of the best I have seen in a long time, his interaction with the guests was amazing! The dance floor was never empty as he played music from many genres and eras, everyone from the teens to their 70's were up dancing. Thanks to all the staff and management, for making my Daughter and Son in laws wedding a more memorable one! I would highly recommend your place. More...

We had my future daughter-in-laws bridal shower at this venue. Perfect place for this event.
Food was excellent and the staff were always ready to help.
There were a few glitches and Patrick was always ready to make things right. He wanted us to be completely satisfied.

Just had my daughter’s graduation party at Otello’s and we are beyond pleased. The venue is georgeous, perfect for a small sized party, the food is very good but the star of the night was Patrick and his exceptional attention to detail and customer service.

Cosimo, Joanne and staff make my functions very memorable. Planning is always super easy and day of coordinated perfectly.
Never have to worry about a thing I can just enjoy the day with family and friends.
Food is always delicious (10* rating), staff very helpful and pleasant, venue beautifully decorated.
I highly recommend you book your next function at Otello's, you and your guests will not be dissapointed.
