Terrible experience. I regret I placed order with this shop. I Placed order on 1/22. They charged my credit card on 2/4. It is 2/26 and the order items have never arrived. I tried to call them numbers of times but it is always answering machine. I think I need to find ways to get my money back.--------------Items finally arrived on 3/6. Unlike the image of web site, powder was in the black trash bag.---------------We had ask to freeze the funds amount in $1,718.59 due to my order did not arrive on time. You also didn't respond to the email I sent numbers of time nor answer the phone I made numbers of time.But after receiving your products, we released the fund for transaction.Now it is your responsibility to ask your financial institution to deposit it.As I am still getting your Square bill with the comment "10 DAY NOTICE TO PAY OR LEGAL ACTION WILL COMMENCE", I urge you to drop the bill immediately. I also advise you to respond to the email you are receiving from Customers who placed order or answer the phone call or even call back the messages so that future communication will be smoothly operated. Have a good day. Must use ZP130 or Zp131 powder settings or derive a new powder using the feature found in the software. Or download an older version of Zprint from Noble 3D's website. There really is no sense paying $1,100 from 3D Systems when Noble's powder cost half the price. I do not recommend using Canada Powder, or any other non-oem product, unless you have time to wait overnight and the next day for your prints to harden enough to handle without them crumbling in your hand or getting sucked up with the vacuum. Noble's products are much better than Canada Powder's. Really hardly comparible. Canada Powders takes all day to harden. I would give Noble 5 Stars, but the company can be rather difficult to get on the phone. Email no problem. More...

We are really increasing our return on investment using Noble 3D's products. It seems that they have changed their powder formula as of late, and it absolutely rocks! Word to the wise... don't waste your time and money on any other brand products, they don't work. Noble 3D products work as well or better, (when one considers the price), than 3D Systems powders and binders! More...
