Love this place and Lori the owner. Not only has she helped me care for my dog better, but I learned of things to about dogs that I didn't know before. I also bought a lot of treats items that my dog really enjoys. More...

I am currently in the process of moving out of state with the help of a local church. I needed to find a home for my dog so through a phone chain, I came across the Noah's Ark Society. When speaking to Lori, she gave me hope without giving me a definite answer. She arranged for transportation of my dog to his permanent foster home through another woman named Sophie. When I met Sophie to surrender my dog Buddy, I couldn't believe how easy she made everything. The transition was emotionally painful for me and my son but Sophie's kind words help to put me and my son at ease. I can't believe how sweet they both were. I'm still waiting to hear from Buddy's new foster mom, but I have no doubt that she'll be as impressive as Lori and Sophie. I want to thank the Noah's Ark Society for everything you have done for my small family and our furbaby. More...

Love Noah’s Ark Society and their retail shops. My family has fostered animals for their program, and we buy our food there.

Great rescue. NAS does a great job. Their foster volunteers do yeoman's work helping save as many animals as they can and caring for them until they find forever homes. We have adopted three pups from Noah's Ark Society, and every experience has been great. Our dogs bring such joy to our lives! More...

Rescues: cats, dogs, horses, livestockRescue location type: foster networkFuture plans: build a no kill sanctuary on 200+ acres of land! Right now, they do a lot to rescue animals and educate individuals on "fixing" their pets. They also do a lot in giving a voice to animals when it comes to legislation about animal cruelty. Once they get the proper funding to setup their adoption center/ sanctuary, they will be able to grow further as an organization meaning they can rescue more animals- parter with Animal Rescue Corps and the Humane Society of the United States with hoarding or puppy mills cases and do even more with other things like maybe having a spay/neuter clinic.  Big things are on the horizon for this nonprofit! I haven't done much with animal rescue through them, but I've helped with fundraising in the hope that they can set up their sanctuary soon! Big dreams :)upcoming events:Oct 5, 2013- Dogstravaganza at 2605 Winford Avenue Nashville, TN 37211Oct 12, 2013- Barktoberfest at 1973 New Hwy 96 West Franklin, TN 37064 More...
