NoaBlake Design was truly great to work with and helped to bring our vision to life! We started with our dining room and then decided to engage them further for our bedroom. I loved that they spent time getting to know my taste and specific needs of a family with twin boys and two dogs. Malorie was extremely patient with me and I never felt rushed to make decision. I cannot say enough about my experience with NBD. I hired Malorie & Ariel to help with the layout and design of my open concept kitchen/family room which was a tricky space. They understood exactly how to merge form and function and came up with some ideas that I never could have dreamt up myself. I wanted to take the time to write this review because my experience with Noa Blake Design was that exceptional. My wife have now worked with three different designers over time, Malorie and Ariel were the first to provide the service we were hoping for. It was really difficult for us to trust the process after working with others but they successfully convinced us and we're so happy we did. Not only did they quickly grasp our style, force us to push our own boundaries which was difficult (and I'm now convinced, the key to this time's success) and create designs that were both functional and beautiful, but they managed the entire process, and our expectations, with the utmost care and professionalism, which was seriously lacking in previous experiences. They worked within our budget and made everything look like a million bucks, dealt with all of the things that we wanted nothing to do with and wouldn't walk away until every detail was perfect. Hiring an interior designer was a really difficult decision for me. I researched endlessly and met with way too many. When I met Malorie & Ariel something clicked and I took a chance. I can't express how happy I am with my decision. They are a dynamic duo with a really unique point of view and great vision, but they also listen and take the time to understand what it is that you want and need, and who you are as both a client and a person. I wanted to be involved and had a lot of ideas of my own but wanted a professional to take the reigns, which can be a tough balance. Malorie & Ariel were patient with me and brutally honest in a kind way. They explained everything thoroughly and delivered on their promises. I hired Noa Blake Design to design a nursery for my daughter. This is my first child so I had so many ideas about what I wanted and it was so important to me that the space was both beautiful and functional. Malorie and Ariel were absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did they create the most incredible room but they were patient with me as I went through all of my ideas and really captured what I wanted even though I couldn't really put it into words. They were mindful of my budget and brought me pieces that I definitely wouldn't have found (or even known to look for) on my own. The end result was nothing short of perfect. NoaBlake Design has been a dream to work with! I reached out to them because I was "decision-ed" out and needed help finishing several rooms in our new home. Malorie and Ariel spent time getting to know our style and needs as a family and then put together designs that were both stylish and practical. They were always super easy to get in touch with to bounce around ideas or to get updates on the progress. What began as a one room project has morphed into several spaces both indoors and out! From initial consultation thru execution, Malorie & Ariel were simply amazing (and fun!) to work with. We had a couple key rooms where we were stuck and in need of direction and style, particularly our living room. They listened to our goals, took time to understand our personalities and lifestyle (family with young kids!) and quickly created a vision. Most importantly, they are practical in their furniture (and fabric) selection and are able to deliver quick, creative and stylish ideas and floor plans without breaking the bank.
