I had booked the cleaning for a post reno job. Unfortunately, the contractors did not finish in time. The team of cleaners were great to be able to accommodate and do what they can to clean the house while work was still being completed at the same time. Really appreciated the call from the office to set the right expectations of the cleaning since it was not ideal for them to clean and offering the cleaners to come back for a final clean up after the contractors are done. The service is for my elderly father who has mobility concerns so this service has provided much appreciated assistance. The price is reasonable and the two girls do a great job. The cleaner arrived exactly at the start of the appointment window. At the start of the appoint she made sure I was comfortable with the cleaning products she would be using. She asked if there were any areas of my apartment that I want her to focus on. At my request, I asked to have behind the oven and stove cleaned - which was a heavy-duty job as those areas haven't been cleaned in a few years.
