Hi, my name is Karisha. For years I struggled with my weight until I was diagnosed with diabetes and I knew I had to do make serious changes or I’d be taking medications my whole life. Within one year, I lost over 120 lbs by exercising consistently and making lifestyle changes with my diet.

I'd like to ride a bike with a motor on it. I'm sure Karisha is an excellent instructor but I must deline at this time.

Karisha McAfee is a great instructor. She strives to pull your best out of you without demeaning you or making you feel incompetent when you can't execute a particular exercise. She encourages her clients to get back up and push on when we get off track. She is very thorough in designing programs for each client.
p.s. I hate lunges....but I do them because she helps me get through them with her winning personality and style of coaching.

Yes. I work with clients in person and online. I have a training app for online clients to access their workouts, nutrition plans, track progress, and contact me 24/7.

6 feet apart from clients and others training in the gym. I always have on a mask. Sanitation stations around the gym. Cleaning all equipment between uses. Gym is professionally cleaned and disinfected regularly.
