What do you love most about your job?
As a hands on business owner, I appreciate the shock value of the before and after pictures presented to the clients and the emails explaining how well the office or home looked after the first clean. Most clients describe their space as feeling lifted and trust the performance level of work being done. It shows the hard work and dedication of our cleaners. Moreover, it lets me know quality is still attainable and appreciated.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This is a great question. Well, I have two service animals and a husband who returned from the Army with several injuries including multiple knee surgeries, hearing loss and PTSD. As a wife and an overseer of keeping my home together, it was important for me to work. I could not find a career after graduating from college with a Business degree. I was always over qualified in some aspect of any field I applied to. So I started Nn-Outt Cleaning Dallas LLC. I'd a company like this before, but stopped to go to college. I returned to my work and enjoying every minute of it.

We offer quality and our service is 100% Guaranteed. With over 35 accounts in homes, apartments, and private businesses starting in 2019, our performance speaks volumes. Our cleaners are OSHAcademy Trained. This means they understand ergonomics of their body, safety and the importance of knowing how and when to use cleaners, disinfectants and sanitizers. They are also professionally trained to handle any job assignment and task handed to them. The supplies we use in residential properties are biodegradable (including the bottles) and safe for the environment. Most of our clients would recommend us as a cleaning company for their personal home and business.
Home Cleaning Services
This service has two features. We offer a Deep Clean. This is a floor to ceiling clean including bathrooms, bedrooms, changing linens, living rooms and dining rooms. The clean also includes disinfecting and sanitizing as needed in specific areas. Baseboards, stainless steel detail, wood work and laundry can be added for an additional fee.
We also offer a Basic Clean. This is usually a quick clean of your bathroom, living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Your home is sanitized and straightened. Laundry and other items like baseboards, stainless steel detail and wood work can be added for an additional fee.
Housekeeping
Our housekeepers offer a daily clean or over night stay in your home. Their duties are routine general tidying, light laundry, kitchen clean-up, easy meal preparation, making beds and changing your linens, vacuuming and trash take out. All home supplies like toiletries and other supplies are managed and restocked by our housekeeper as well.
Commercial Services
This service includes professional cleaning of your office, suite, multi-unit business, vacant space, available space, common areas and conference rooms. We usually dust, sweep, mop and vacuum carpets, tile and rugs. This service also includes light trash removal. Heavy trash removal is subject to additional fees. Emptying dishwashers and microwave cleans are also subject to additional fees.
Organizing Services
This service has several features. It is made up of General Clean-Up, Closet Redesign, Commercial and Residential Reorganization and Move/In and Out Assistance. Each service has a separate price structure. For specific requests, contact our office for a free estimate after the initial walk through.
