I’ve been using NM Sports Therapy Clinic for over a year now and the main problem was Planter Fasciitis and Naomi started off the treatment and Harriet has been brilliant in the past 9 months or so to sort it out and I’m 98% cured. Harriet has also massaged my back and neck and so far has helped tremendously, no pain no gain! I can’t thank her enough for the help she has given to help me through this long and painful period . There were ample car parking spaces in front of the centre when I arrived. I had my first sports massage and I really enjoyed it. Rob had very strong hands and he applied just the right amount of pressure. My skin was left very soft with a nice scent of orange. I first came to NM via a groupon and have returned for a massage a month for well over a year now. As well as having very strong and effective massages, I have experienced cupping, advise on exercise and posture, and really enjoyable friendly sessions! ! I have used many sports therapy facilities from osteopathy to remedial massage. Becky is fantastic. She has really been helping me with a sustained shoulder injury. Being a big guy I do feel a lot of places don’t use the correct techniques to be able to apply the pressure I need, but Becky is awesome / evil (in the best possible way) ... can’t recommend enough. I had never had a sports massage,and only a little bit of sports rehab physio years ago. Although a little painful at first Becky was not only profesional but helped me feel relaxed. Everyone at NM are always friendly. I have picked up injuries through martial arts so what I was most impressed about was Becky had researched about my sport in order to achieve maximum recovery and give me the best exercises and stretches. Naomi is extremely professional and experienced, and has helped our team enormously by keeping us fit throughout the season. I have suffered from many injuries in the past but shin splints have been a game stopper for me. This was until Naomi came along and gave me the best treatment I've ever had which allows me to keep playing.
