Excellent service from enquiry to completed job. Kept me informed of their availability, time that they would arrive to the property and estimated time of job completion (Which was achieved below their estimation). Amazing - Perfection at its best!!! We decided to take on the big job to replace the flooring throughout our downstairs, and obtained various quotes and advice. When I called for a quote Nathan arrived on time and was bar far the most sincere, he listened and explained the different flooring options that were available and whichever one we chose they would make sure the prep work was done to level the floor and ensure we wouldn’t face the current unleveling issues. Nathan and Lee arrived at the time they stated and were true professionals, the work they did to ensure all 4 floor heights were level has paid dividends and the end result is amazing! I would not hesitate in recommending or having them back to do more work if required. Nathan and Lee were prompt and professional. They sanded, filled, stained and varnished previously untreated floorboards for me in my drawing room and the finish was excellent. I have used many different tradesmen on various builds over the past 5 years and N&L Flooring rank amongst the best. It is so refreshing (sadly) to be surprised when someone does their job properly and for a totally reasonable cost. I can fully recommend this company. I hired Nathan and Lee to sand previously untreated wood floors in my living room a bedroom. The work completed has far exceeded my expectations. The newly painted skirting remains untouched and the floors look amazing! They were friendly and far better than most of the tradesmen I've had in over the past few months.
