I have been attending Boot Camp now for 6mths. I totally enjoy every minute even when i feel i cannot do anymore but Nathan gives us such enthusiasm and makes me want to work harder. He puts a lot of thought into what we are doing each week. My body is always aching the next day which is a sure sign of a good session!

I've been having PT sessions with David for the last 8 months. I've found them tough but enjoyable and can see results in my body shape and tone. David is a bit of a gentle giant but don't take that to mean he's a pushover - he's every bit the hard task master you want when doing personal training! I have been with David Thomas for more than a year and I highly recommend him to anyone who's interested in improving their fitness level in a safe and sustainable way. He is also a very friendly, understanding and easy person to work with, which are essential qualities in any personal trainer.

Here's a brief history about my experience with David as my personal trainer. For about 9 years since I first started my studies again and then settling down into a new place and job, I had not been able to get active in any sports or exercises. Then In 2014, I decided to get physically active again and started joining some volleyball sessions in a local college. I was really disappointed by my lack of strength, mobility and fitness which prevented me from enjoying the game.

I happened to meeting David who was then working in the nearby gym after one of those games. I asked him to train me so that I could jump higher during volleyball. That first PT session was the first of many to come which started me on my personal fitness journey. As my fitness gradually improved, I have also started to participate and have fun in many other new sports and physical activities.

Having a more physically active lifestyle has also opened the doors to a healthier social life as well, and I have made many new friends as a result.

The great thing about training under David is that he understands your strengths and weaknesses well, and can therefore create fitness programmes that are unique to you alone. Therefore you will always enjoy a great and fun workout session without worrying about the risk of injury.

I asked you to sort out my upper body and you delivered! But you also made me do legs too to achieve the balance. Your professional expertise made the difference and you provided the motivation to make me stick to the plan. You varied the exercises each time so that I wouldn't get bored, and you provided your philosophical take on life for free!

I have been working with David for 2 years,in those 2 years he has helped me find myself,he has given me back my confidence...I walk tall!

David is very encouraging and works hard to plan sessions for the individuals needs,his sessions are tough but great fun.

Highly recommended!
I teach, perform and have competed professionally in Pole & Aerial Fitness but after hitting a plateau in my training I needed that extra push to reach the next level, David has been brilliant at developing a personalized plan to help me further progress, achieve my goals, and complement my current training. PT sessions with him are always something to look forward to, tough but fun, and most importantly gets results! My strength and flexibility have vastly improved, which has been of great benefit to me in my pole and aerial work. Along with his nutritional advice and recommended changes to my diet, I feel more energized; I’ve lost body fat and increased muscle mass. Win win!

Nath Kelly has been planning my sessions for the past 3 weeks and already I have seen significant changes not only physically but mentally too.

Nathan's encouragement and attention to detail really highlights his knowledge and down to earth nature. Your completely put at ease and supported throughout your time with him.

After discussing many things including time, availability and aims Nath put together a plan for me that not only pushes me but keeps me engaged and is easily adaptable to myself and my lifestyle.

His fun yet hard working personality made me feel completely at ease and able to ask the questions I needed to understand why it was important to do specific exercises and to not feel self conscious which is often the issue when training with professionals.

He is an absolute star.
I cannot thank and recommend Nath Kelly and the NK Fitness team enough.

I have never met anyone as motivating as Nath and the team at NK Fitness. I came to Nath with low confidence, poor dietary/lifestyle habits and a poor level of fitness. As a result, I was carrying excess weight. After 2 months with Nath not only had I transformed physically, but far more significant was the mental transformation. Nath has given me a new outlook on nutrition and training which has led to a leaner, fitter, healthier and happier me.

Nath's approach sets him apart from most trainers. He understands the importance of a holistic approach and tackles the psychological barriers as well as the physical ones which allows for long term/lifelong change and not just a short term fix. He gives you all the physical and psychological tools to change your life. I can't recommend Nath and the NK Fitness team enough.

I have trained with NK Fitness and in particular Nathan during 2014. Nathan is a highly professional, knowledgeable, affable and all round top chap.

Our sessions were outdoors which I found very engaging as well as tailored to my fitness and sport specific goals.

Sessions were varied and exercises well demonstrated and fun. I found myself looking forward to what Nathan would throw at me at the next session knowing I was in for a physically and mentally stimulating hour.

I am very much looking forward to returning to training with Nathan in 2015. I will have some new goals and have no doubt Nathan will be invaluable with his help.

The coaching was fantastic!

Nath went out of his way to deliver well planned one on one sessions that perfectly addressed my needs as a rugby player. Sessions were meticulously planned to build on strengths and address weaknesses. Not only did I find myself pushed physically, I also understood why exercises were important and how to manage my body to get the most out of things.

Nath's interest in you as an athlete and his desire to see you succeed along with unprecedented enthusiasm and encouragement make these sessions a refreshingly enjoyable way to push yourself and I could not recommend NK fitness enough!

I have trained with NK Fitness now for 4 seasons.

The first thing you notice, which is actually quite rare in trainers these days is the insatiable appetite to improve the clients understanding of the benefits of what you are about to do, and also the desire to locate weaknesses and strengths and work on them accordingly.

The second thing, is the amazing depth of workouts and training programs that NK Fitness possesses plus the vast knowledge of the human body and its capabilities. Giving you an incredibly balanced fitness platform.

And finally, and maybe most importantly when it comes to training, Nath is a great people person. He has that perfect balance between friendliness & pushing you to your limits and ultimately getting you into great shape, whilst having fun.

I couldn't speak more highly of Nath and NK Fitness and would recommend it to all.

Professional, knowledgeable & friendly are the 3 words I would describe my experiences of working with Nath, both on the rugby pitch and in the gym.

I found it very easy to get on with Nath and he always had time to listen and answer to my endless questions! One of the best parts about the training was the crossover between the S&C and the practical application of this on the rugby pitch.

Programmes were designed to my current goals, ability, injuries (of which I many meaning the sessions had to adaptable). Along with programs came the hands on coaching, the ability to break down movements into their individual components made them much easier to understand and take on.

All of this and it's backed up by years of experience at the top level. I believe that working with Nathan was a big factor or where I am today, with both my knowledge and practical ability.

Fantastic experience being coached by Nath Kelly. I was lucky enough to do a strength and conditioning program with him whilst studying at college. The results I seen were outstanding and my performance surpassed my expectations. 6 years on I am still using these sessions to keep me in shape. Nath really made training fun, fresh and exciting. Naths background knowledge is phenomanal and I honestly haven't come across a more enthusiastic coach since.
5+ stars.

I can't recommend NK Fitness highly enough - I found Nathan to be really encouraging and motivational in the sessions; he understood exactly what it was I was trying to achieve, and created a brilliant balance of pushing me to my limits whilst still keeping it enjoyable (which is not an easy task!). I also found him to be very knowledgeable and he had lots of great advice/tips I was able to take away with me. Thank you for all your help!
