We offer one on one or small group personal training in our studio. We do boot camp style training,low impact exercise, self defense for woman and Tai chi for all ages. We can also help with weight loss and sport nutrition. I have many clients that need some type of rehab training that we are very successful at.
Our hours are by appointment only. We offer open boot camp style training on Saturday mornings at 9:30 am. The tai chi classes are scheduled dates and times.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client has different goals and we design a program to fit their needs . We make sure that when working out with us we focus on form ,accuracy and the proper weight to start with and set progression goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
First is diet then exercise and staying on track with a healthy life style.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and I want them to think fitness becomes reality!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been interested in fitness most of my life. I also had medical experience as a EMT and a EMT Instructor. I am a martial arts instructor and been involved with different style of martial arts for many years.

With my training and over 40 years experience in fitness I feel I could get them to reach their goal safely, quickly and professionally.
