Been training with Nathan now for nearly 2 months could not recommend him enough, I have lost inches gained muscle and toned got my motivation and confidence back! Really enjoy working out with him. He pushes me hard and its not easy but so please with the results and looking forward to seeing more! Great value for money and lovely down to earth guy! More...

Really enjoy my sessions with Nathan. Always sure to have a good workout and always leave feeling great. Nathan is really knowledgable and no two sessions have been the same, meaning I’ve learnt lots and been able to incorporate this into my own workouts aswell. Nathan is very understanding of my goals and has kept me very motivated by pushing me along the way. Really recommend to anyone wanting to into shape, can’t wait to get back ???????? More...

Well tonight was my last session until I go on holiday Saturday, I couldn’t recommend Nathan enough and how much confidence he’s given me in the short time I’ve been with him, I feel great for my holiday and it’s all down to him and pushing me as far as I can go every session, I can’t wait to be back after my holiday ????????????

Nathan is a fantastic PT. He pushes you beyond what you thought were your abilities. Not only is he helping improve my fitness and loose weight so I can reach my goals, he is also improving my mental fitness. His sessions are always enjoyable and a 100% guarantee get you in a sweat. Services

One-on-one training sessions varying from being in a gym to working outside.
Sessions will include a warm-up, weights, circuits, cardio and a cool down period.
Sessions start from £15 per hour but can vary depending on the length of the session required.

Group sessions are similar to the one-on-one persoanl training sessions.
The cost will be dependant on numbers and the length of the session.
An average cost will be £10 per person for a one hour session with 4 - 6 people, rising to £20 per person for a group of 2 - 3 people.
So why not train with friends or colleagues and save money!

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a one hour period of time.
Prices start from £5 per person, in a group of 20+.
